Dr. Ama N. Nuamah, MD, is an internal medicine physician with a clinical focus in geriatric medicine. She cares for adult patients with an emphasis on the unique medical, functional, and quality-of-life needs that can accompany aging, including the management of multiple chronic conditions and coordination of complex care.
Dr. Nuamah completed her medical education at the University of Science and Technology School of Medicine. She then completed an internal medicine residency at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center, followed by fellowship training in geriatric medicine at Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Her advanced training supports a comprehensive, patient-centered approach that integrates preventive care, thoughtful medication management, and attention to goals of care.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Nuamah serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine, reflecting her commitment to medical education and the ongoing advancement of patient care. She is licensed to practice in Ohio.
