Brian R. Griffiths, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist and clinical psychologist with ForPsych. He has worked in the mental health field for more than 25 years and brings extensive experience at the intersection of psychology, the courts, and public safety. Dr. Griffiths earned his doctorate in psychology from Xavier University and has a professional background that includes multiple roles within the Hamilton County Juvenile Court system, culminating in leadership as Superintendent of Hillcrest Training School, a residential facility. He has been recognized by peers as a leading juvenile administrator.
Dr. Griffiths provides forensic psychological services involving juvenile delinquency and adult criminal matters. His evaluation work includes competency assessments, Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) evaluations, and risk assessment. He also conducts employment-related psychological evaluations, including post-offer suitability evaluations for candidates seeking roles in protective services.
