David B Kaye MD

David B. Kaye, MD, is an ophthalmologist with a clinical focus on refractive surgery, including LASIK, as well as the treatment of corneal disease. He completed both his Bachelor of Science and medical degrees at the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and pursued advanced fellowship training in corneal surgery at Manhattan Eye Hospital in New York. Dr. Kaye is board certified in Ophthalmology by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. He is recognized for helping expand access to laser vision correction in California’s Central Valley and has been awarded patents related to research in glaucoma detection. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Kaye has contributed to medical education through teaching roles at Yale University, the University of California, San Francisco, and the University of the Witwatersrand. He is a member of the American Medical Association and is affiliated with Natural Vision, where he provides comprehensive ophthalmic care with an emphasis on vision correction and corneal health.
