David S Diamant MD

David S. Diamant, MD, is a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician and pain medicine specialist with Neurological & Spinal Surgery L.L.C. in Lincoln, Nebraska. He completed an internal medicine internship followed by residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Rush Presbyterian–St. Luke’s Medical Center and Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital in Chicago. He also holds a master’s degree in Pain Medicine from the University of Newcastle in Australia. Board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation with subspecialty certification in Pain Medicine, Dr. Diamant provides advanced diagnostic and interventional services such as fluoroscopically guided spinal injections, radiofrequency neurotomy, lumbar provocation discography, and electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCS). His clinical offerings also include botulinum toxin injections and phenol neurolysis for conditions such as migraine, spasticity, and dystonia.
