Fredrick Comrie

Fredrick Comrie, M.D., is a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician with additional clinical focus in interventional pain medicine and pain medicine. He specializes in diagnosing and treating spine, musculoskeletal, and nerve-related conditions with an emphasis on improving function, reducing pain, and supporting patients’ return to daily activities. Dr. Comrie earned his medical degree from Meharry Medical College School of Medicine. He completed internship training at SUNY Upstate Medical University and a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the University of Washington School of Medicine / University of Washington Medical Center. He is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. His training includes fellowship experience in interventional spine and sports medicine, supporting a comprehensive approach that may incorporate image-guided procedures, rehabilitation-focused treatment planning, and coordinated care with therapy and other specialists. Dr. Comrie has also participated in scholarly activity in the field of PM&R, including research presentations related to cervical spine injection techniques. Dr. Comrie is affiliated with Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group and Trinity Health Of New England Care Alliance, providing rehabilitation medicine services across multiple practice locations.
