Tom Reynolds, MD, is a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician dedicated to helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through comprehensive, individualized care. He earned his medical degree from West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown and completed residency training in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at The Ohio State University Hospitals. Dr. Reynolds is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
With decades of clinical experience, Dr. Reynolds evaluates a wide range of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions and develops rehabilitation-focused treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals. His approach emphasizes thoughtful diagnosis, evidence-based therapies, and coordinated care that supports recovery, mobility, and long-term functional independence.
