Harin J Chhatiawala MD

Harin J. Chhatiawala, MD, is an Internal Medicine physician and serves as Center Medical Director for IntuneHealth’s Fort Myers Gladiolus center. He is dedicated to comprehensive primary care with a particular focus on the needs of older adults, emphasizing preventive care, chronic disease management, and coordination across a patient’s care team. Dr. Chhatiawala’s clinical interests include wound care, evaluation and non-surgical management of joint pain, and thoughtful medication management aimed at reducing polypharmacy when appropriate. He also has experience treating resistant hypertension and tailoring care plans to improve safety, function, and quality of life. He attended Government Medical College and completed training at Flushing Hospital Medical Center. He has also held medical director responsibilities in prior roles. Dr. Chhatiawala speaks English, Gujarati, and Hindi, supporting clear communication with a diverse patient population. Outside of medicine, he enjoys photography, hiking, and playing table tennis, and he is known for creative woodworking projects, including repurposing wood and designing and building a full-sized treehouse.
