Jason Mihalcin

Jason Mihalcin, D.O., is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with Adventist Health Physician Network, caring for patients in the Visalia and Hanford, California, area. He focuses on helping individuals return to comfortable, active lives through comprehensive musculoskeletal care, with particular expertise in joint pain and arthritis management. Dr. Mihalcin performs primary and complex total knee and total hip replacement procedures and provides fracture care. His surgical practice also includes arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery, offering options that range from minimally invasive techniques to advanced reconstructive solutions when appropriate. In addition, he evaluates and treats sports-related injuries and workers’ compensation conditions. He earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at Memorial Hospital. Before entering civilian practice, Dr. Mihalcin served as an orthopaedic surgeon and Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy. He is a member of the California Orthopaedic Association.
