Dr. Jennifer Webb, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist and the Founder and Chief Psychologist of The Center for Resilience & Wellness in Columbus, Ohio. She provides evidence-informed psychological services with a focus on supporting public safety professionals, including law enforcement and other first responders. Her work includes pre-employment and fitness-for-duty evaluations, consultation, development of wellness programming, and critical incident debriefing. Dr. Webb earned her doctoral degree from the School of Professional Psychology at the University of Indianapolis and completed a postdoctoral fellowship focused on medical trauma and pain at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. She is board certified in Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology and brings additional background in neuropsychology, human development, and abnormal psychology. In addition to clinical practice, she has served in academic teaching roles at Wilmington College and Ohio Dominican University. Dr. Webb is a PsyPACT member with Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology, supporting telepsychology services where permitted. She is an active member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police Psychological Services Division and the Ohio Fire Chiefs Association, and she regularly lectures on topics such as mental health and wellness, de-escalation, trauma, neurodevelopment, and retirement.
