Jon A Karl MD

Jon A. Karl, MD, is a physician specializing in Pain Medicine with a background in anesthesiology. He earned his medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine and completed postgraduate training that includes an internal medicine internship at Rutgers Health/Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. He then pursued anesthesiology residency training at Loyola University Medical Center and advanced subspecialty training through a fellowship in Pain Medicine at Loyola University Medical Center. Dr. Karl is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology. In clinical practice, he focuses on evaluating and treating acute and chronic pain conditions, commonly using a combination of interventional approaches and medication-based strategies tailored to each patient’s needs and goals. He provides care in northeastern Indiana and is affiliated with multiple regional hospitals, including Bluffton Regional Medical Center, Dukes Memorial Hospital, Dupont Hospital, Lutheran Downtown Hospital, Lutheran Hospital, Lutheran Kosciusko Hospital, and The Orthopedic Hospital.
