Kathryn M Beauchamp MD

Kathryn M. Beauchamp, MD, is a neurosurgeon specializing in neurotrauma and critical care. She serves as Director of Neurotrauma at Denver Health Medical Center and is an Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery at the University of Colorado. Dr. Beauchamp earned her medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed postgraduate training there, including internship and neurosurgery residency. She is board certified in neurological surgery by the American Board of Neurological Surgery. Dr. Beauchamp’s clinical focus centers on the evaluation and surgical management of traumatic brain and spine injuries, as well as the complex neurologic care of critically ill patients. In her leadership role, she helps advance coordinated, evidence-based care for patients with severe neurologic injuries, working closely with multidisciplinary trauma and intensive care teams. She is actively engaged in academic medicine through teaching and program development within neurosurgery. Dr. Beauchamp is a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.
