Laura Richardson MD

Laura Richardson, M.D., is an Obstetrics & Gynecology physician providing comprehensive women’s health care, including preventive gynecologic services and support across pregnancy and childbirth. She earned her medical degree from Texas A&M University College of Medicine and completed graduate medical training at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Richardson is known for a patient-centered approach that emphasizes clear communication, shared decision-making, and care tailored to each patient’s goals and stage of life. Dr. Richardson is affiliated with Baptist Hospital in Greenville, South Carolina, and has been associated with OB Hospitalist Group, Inc., supporting hospital-based obstetric and gynecologic care. She works collaboratively with care teams to help ensure timely, coordinated care for routine visits as well as urgent concerns.
