Lawrence P. Goldstick, MD, is a neurologist with specialized expertise in multiple sclerosis and neuro-immunology. He is an associate professor of neurology at the University of Cincinnati Waddell Center for Multiple Sclerosis and serves as a clinical associate professor at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, where he previously directed the multiple sclerosis clinic. Dr. Goldstick earned a BS in Microbiology from the University of Michigan, graduating cum laude, and received his medical degree from Michigan State University. He completed neurology residency training at the University of Cincinnati and served as Chief Resident. He pursued advanced fellowship training at Cleveland Clinic Foundation with a focus on electroencephalography (EEG), epilepsy, evoked potentials, and clinical neurophysiology. Board certified in Neurology and Psychiatry and certified in Clinical Neurophysiology, Dr. Goldstick also brings experience in epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and clinical neurophysiology. He has participated as a primary and sub-investigator on numerous clinical trials across MS and other neurologic conditions, and has held leadership roles in EEG and carotid/neurovascular laboratories at regional hospitals. Dr. Goldstick is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Medical Association and has contributed to advisory and board service supporting Alzheimer’s and multiple sclerosis organizations.
