Michael G Del Core MD

Michael G. Del Core, MD, is a cardiovascular disease physician with additional focus in interventional cardiology. He earned his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska, and completed both his residency and fellowship training at Creighton University Medical Center through Creighton University School of Medicine. Dr. Del Core cares for patients with a wide range of heart and vascular conditions, with an emphasis on catheter-based, minimally invasive approaches when appropriate. His clinical interests include interventional cardiology and the evaluation and management of complex cardiovascular disease. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Del Core holds academic leadership and teaching roles at Creighton University School of Medicine, serving as Senior Associate Dean for Medical Education and as an Affiliate Professor in the Department of Medicine, Cardiology Division. He has also contributed to cardiovascular scholarship, co-authoring research focused on interventional cardiology topics and outcomes in acute cardiac conditions. Dr. Del Core is affiliated with multiple CHI Health hospitals across the region and is licensed to practice medicine in Nebraska and Iowa.
