Michael Paul MD

Michael Paul, M.D., is a neurosurgeon providing comprehensive surgical care for conditions affecting the brain, spine, and nervous system. He earned his medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and completed postgraduate training at the University of Missouri–Columbia, including a transitional internship followed by a residency in neurological surgery. Dr. Paul is affiliated with HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, where he has also served in a leadership capacity as Chief of Staff. In addition to his hospital-based work, he practices with Treasure Coast Neurosurgery, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patients through evaluation, surgical decision-making, and recovery. Known for a patient-centered and thorough approach, Dr. Paul emphasizes clear communication, careful assessment of surgical and nonsurgical options, and individualized treatment planning.
