Dr. Nicole A. Leisgang, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist serving individuals and organizations through clinical care, program development, and forensic psychological services. She earned her doctoral degree in psychology from Xavier University and completed a doctoral internship at a forensic prison/hospital setting, building a strong foundation in assessment and complex clinical presentations. Dr. Leisgang is the Executive Director of Tabono Center for Wellbeing, which she established as a companion practice to a forensic psychology group where she also serves in a leadership and clinical role. She has held ongoing leadership responsibilities within a regional psychology practice and is known for integrating evidence-informed care with practical, client-centered treatment. In her clinical work, Dr. Leisgang supports individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and anger management concerns. She also co-created and serves as the primary clinician for a cognitive strength training program designed to help clients maintain cognitive performance with an emphasis on brain and mental health. Her forensic and occupational expertise includes employment-related psychological evaluations, disability and fitness-for-duty examinations, and neurocognitive assessment applied to employment and civil matters. She has worked closely with juvenile court systems, conducting competency, amenability, and risk assessments, and has been recognized for contributions to a threat assessment program focused on school violence prevention.
