Paul Cook MD

Paul Cook, MD, is an orthopaedic hand surgery physician in Columbus, Ohio, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of hand, wrist, and upper-extremity conditions. He practices with Hand and Microsurgery Associates and is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand and Microsurgery. Dr. Cook earned his medical degree at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). He completed an orthopedic surgery residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, followed by advanced fellowship training in hand surgery at MedStar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore. His clinical interests include comprehensive care for hand and wrist arthritis, minimally invasive management of fractures and sprains, and nerve compression conditions. He performs procedures such as endoscopic carpal tunnel release and cubital tunnel release, tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s goals and functional needs.
