Paul J. Kremer, PT, is a licensed physical therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedic care, with additional expertise in vestibular and sports physical therapy. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Toledo. His approach emphasizes individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation to help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and safely return to work, daily activities, and athletics.
Mr. Kremer provides care for adolescents, adults, and older adults, addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions as well as dizziness and balance disorders. He incorporates a broad set of treatment techniques tailored to each patient’s goals, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, Kinesio taping, blood flow restriction training, and vestibular interventions such as canalith repositioning and gaze stabilization exercises.
He is certified as a Certified Orthopedic Musculoskeletal Therapist and is LSVT BIG certified, supporting individuals with movement disorders, including Parkinson’s disease, through targeted therapy and group exercise programming. Mr. Kremer is also credentialed as an American Physical Therapy Association Level 1 Clinical Instructor and is committed to mentoring and clinical education. He provides care in English.
