Rachel H. Forrester, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist providing patient-centered rehabilitation care in the Cincinnati region. She focuses on helping individuals recover from orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries, with an emphasis on restoring mobility, strength, and confidence for daily activities and athletic performance. Dr. Forrester incorporates evidence-based treatment planning and hands-on techniques, including advanced training in manual therapy and trigger point dry needling, to support pain management and functional improvement.
She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University and brings her clinical experience to both practice and education. In addition to patient care, Dr. Forrester serves as an Adjunct Professor of Physical Therapy at Mount St. Joseph University, contributing to the training and development of future clinicians. She is also affiliated with Aptiva Health in Northern Kentucky. Licensed to practice in Tennessee and Kentucky, Dr. Forrester is committed to collaborative care, clear communication, and individualized programs that align therapy with each patient’s goals.
