Ricardo A Pacheco PT

Ricardo A. Pacheco, PT, is a licensed Physical Therapist and the Clinical Director of the Twin Boro Physical Therapy clinic in Newark, New Jersey. He is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-informed care focused on helping patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities that matter most to them. Mr. Pacheco earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in English and Health Education from Kean University, and went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree at Clarkson University. His clinical interests include orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation, with experience treating shoulder conditions such as rotator cuff injuries, low back and neck pain, ankle sprains, ACL and meniscus injuries, hip pathology, joint replacements, and a wide range of post-surgical recovery needs. He also has experience working with high-level athletes, including Division I and professional competitors, and applies performance-minded rehabilitation principles to support safe return to sport and work. Mr. Pacheco has pursued continuing education in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spinal manipulation, and has completed training toward the Graston Technique for instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.
