Sairamachandra R Kolla, MD, is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician dedicated to helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life through comprehensive, rehabilitation-focused care. Dr. Kolla completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University after earning his medical degree from M. Rampure Medical College. Dr. Kolla’s clinical approach emphasizes individualized treatment planning and coordination across the care continuum, supporting patients with a wide range of neuromusculoskeletal and functional concerns. He works closely with rehabilitation teams to help patients progress safely toward their personal goals, whether recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or addressing mobility limitations. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has practiced in the New Jersey and New York region, including additional practice locations in New Jersey and New York.
