Michele Evans, PhD, is a licensed psychologist who provides counseling psychology services through Reflections Health and Wellness. She earned her doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University and completed a doctoral-level internship at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, where she supported individuals experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, and adjustment difficulties. Scott Bagenstose, MD, is an Allergy and Immunology physician who cares for both children and adults with allergic and immunologic conditions. He brings broad internal medicine training and specialized expertise to the evaluation and treatment of allergies, asthma, and immune deficiencies, with a focus on helping patients achieve better symptom control and improved quality of life. Dr. Bagenstose earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Christopher F. Hyer, DPM, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon specializing in comprehensive surgical care for complex conditions of the foot and ankle. He practices in the Columbus/Worthington, Ohio area as a partner at the Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Center.
